Monday is Memorial Day. A day to remember. This week’s writing prompt is:
I remember…
Natalie Goldberg likes to use this one in her memoir workshops. The first time I tried it, I was surprised by what came out on the paper. If this is too broad of a topic, narrow it down to a family member or summer holiday. And, just like Natalie says, keep writing! If you get stuck, just write “I remember” and keep going.
